REFUND POLICY

After we received your item after you return it to us and are done checking the item if it is in good condition, we will issue your refund according to our policy within 7 working days through Paypal or Bank. Please keep in touch with us during these refunds.

RETURN POLICY

1. In which Situation do we accept the return

We promise to obey the return policy if the item you ordered has a problem, but you must send back the item after we receive and review the problem and what you want us to do. First, if the item has a problem with quality. Once you received your order and the item is not working well or it encounters a problem during the delivery causing the item not to work. This situation will accept returns and issue a refund, but you will handle the shipping cost on your own.
Second, in some particular situations, our return policy can be open for you after our customer service fixed your particular problem, and in this situation, we will charge you a 10% handling fee.
Third, if you order a wrong item and it is negotiated with our customer service to exchange for the right product, this exchange policy will apply. But you need to return it and you will pay for the shipping cost. Also once we send the replacement item you will also handle the shipping cost for this time.

2. In which situation we do not accept the return

Please check the details first before buying from OBD2 World. if you are not sure about the item you want to purchase, please contact our customer service, and the customer service will provide the information you need.
If you order the wrong item by yourself, or you noticed that it is not the item you want to order (not a quality problem), we will not provide the return policy to you, please be aware of this. Always double-check the item you want to purchase.
If the item is damaged by your negligence, we cannot provide an exchange for that item. But you can return it for repair and you will handle the shipping cost.

3. Return for Exchange Item

When exchange for free: if your ordered item encounters some problem while in the delivery, We will exchange it and provide free return shipping. please contact us at sales@obd2world.co.uk for assistance.

Mis-ordered products: If you order the wrong item and plan to exchange it for the right one, then please contact us at sales@obd2world.co.uk for assistance. If we can exchange it for you, you need to return it and handle the shipping cost.

Physical Damaged Items: if the item is damaged by yourself, we cannot provide an exchange service for you. But you can return it to us for repair.
What do you need to do before returning for replacement: you need to contact our customer service to tell us the issue with the product. Tell us what is the issue and we will tell you, how to resolve it.

Returning shipping options: after confirming that your item is under our policy of returning, please use any shipping courier that is available in your area. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.

What we will do after receiving your returned item: you need to keep in touch with us to make sure we get the right item that needs to return. After checking the item, we will arrange the replacement for you and we will inform you when the checking and replacement are done. Please remember to check your email from time to time.

Notice for Shipping Options: When you confirm to return the ordered item to us, please use any courier that is available in your area to return it. Write Ship to the address our customer service provides. Please note that if there is a problem on your selected courier while returning the item to us, we are not responsible for that.
